EEW’s March & April Update
Our Winter 14-15 Thermal Imaging Project is complete! Thirty houses were successfully imaged, and reports provided to all participants, with great feedback so far. Formal feedback surveys will be sent out over the Spring to help us improve the service next winter. Please get in touch if you would like to partake in next winter’s project, which is being generously supported by St John’s Hospital.
Working with Widcombe Schools to save energy
Thanks to the BIG LOTTERY FUND, we have started our workshops in the Junior School, and will be continuing with these in the forthcoming weeks. Year 3 participated in the first workshop, and seemed enthused with the variety of activities they were able to engage in. These included: lightbulb testing, insulating a house, and mapping food miles.
EEW will have a stall at the Widcombe Street Party on 7 June, so please come and see us there.
